Permissions Scheme

StationOne integrates into existing data sources, then applies a permission scheme that is relevant to your organisation structure.

The StationOne platform provides some key permission markers out of the box, to get you started quickly.

Permissions can be automatically applied based on active directory group membership, streamlining this process.

Permissions Overview

The default permission levels in StationOne are:

• Member: a general member with limited access.

• Brigade/Unit Management Team: Extended permissions to manage various aspects of the brigade.

• Brigade/Unit Captain/Manager: Perform administrative functions over the formation. Ability to endorse members.

• Group Management: Extended permissions to view all group brigade members, appliances and relevant information.

• Group Officer: Group Management permissions with added ability to approve endorsements.

• District: See all members within all brigades in their district, extended ability to manage various aspects of the brigades and group.

• Organisation: Set organisation configuration, perform data management and integrations.
