Members
The members section allows brigades to view and manage the members of their brigades.
This is the entry point for adding vehicle endorsements or skills and qualifications where they are not obtained from an external data source such as a Learning Management or Records Management System.
Viewing Members
To view a member:
Navigate to the members section.
You will see a list of all brigade members, if you are part of a group or district management team you will see all members including their brigade.

To view detailed information on a member, click anywhere on the members row.
You will now see a full manifest on the selected member.

Adding a Vehicle Endorsement
A vehicle endorsement may be attached to a member, this data is collated into the system in two ways:
It produces a list of members endorsed to drive a vehicle based on vehicle type.
It produces a list of members endorsed to drive a specific appliance.
Once endorsed, this information becomes available in the Strike Team module of the platform, enabling members to be allocated as drivers of appliances.
To endorse a member:
Scroll to the Vehicle Endorsements section.
Click Add Vehicle Endorsement.
A pop-out modal will appear, allowing you to select appliances from within your group.

Enter required information into the form, including endorsement date, appliance and driving code.
Click Add.

Following a page refresh, the system will now show the new endorsement.

Adding a Qualification
Locate the Member Qualifications section and click Add Qualification.
Select the Qualification from the available options in the drop-down menu and enter a qualification issued date.

Click Add.
Add a Member Endorsement
Locate the Member Endorsements section.
Click Add Endorsement.
Select the relevant endorsement and enter the endorsement date.

Click Add.
Endorsements may be configured to require a secondary endorsement by the Group or District Management teams. After entering the endorsement into the members record, it will only be brigade endorsed.
