Availability

The availability view allows users with permission to view availability of members within their brigade, group or district.

The availability may be filtered for endorsed roles such as Crew Leaders and Strike Team Leaders. Members may also be able to be located with a full text search.

Viewing Availability

To view availability:

  1. Navigate to the Strike Teams -> Availability page of the application.

  2. You will be presented with a table showing member availability for days of the current week.

  3. You can move forward or back through submitted availability a week at a time using the Previous and Next Week buttons.

  4. You can filter for Crew Leaders or Strike Leaders by selecting the relevant option in the drop down menu. Member endorsements are shown as coloured chips under their name.

  5. You can also search for a member based on their first name or last name.

Approve Availability

Brigades may opt to approve their member availability, this provides the brigade an additional level of control over which members of their brigade are exposed for deployment.

While this feature may be disabled, while enabled, members who do not have approved availaility will not appear on the crew builder as available for deployment.

To approve availability:

  1. Identify the member row you want to approve.

  2. Select the Approve (blue) or Decline (red) button on the right side of the members row.

  3. Once set, the opposing option will disappear allowing you to later approve or revoke approval as required. In the example below, Joe has their availability approved while Shane has had their availability declined.
